Complete refit of Puma concept store in London. Store closure time had to be minimised.

Our Solution:
We fully managed the entire planning and delivery process. SMS implemented a 48 hour turnkey operation from start to finish, our teams worked in split shifts over 24hr periods. Full installation of wall and floor mounted fixtures, POP displays, signage, tills and systems.
